Die types of tablet press machine
There are many types of punches, but we can get them divided.
1.According to the machine we use, they can be divided into dies for single punch tablet press machine, rotary press machine, a flower basket press machine and press machine;
2.According to different materials, there exists alloy steel die, carbide die, ceramic die, chrome plated, titanium plated die; the most common alloy steel materials made in domestic die are: GCr15, Crl2MoV, CrWuMn, 9Mn2V, 9CrSi; The most common imported die materials are: A2, O1, S1, S7, PHG.S, PHG-P.
3.According to the standards which are set, there are ZP standard (GB12253.90) die, IPT international standard die, EU standard die and a variety of non-standard special tablet press die and battery ring die;
Single punch press die—— because of its different standards and machine models, there are single punch tablet machine die and rotary tablet press die points. The die of the single punch tablet press machine and the rotary tablet press machine can be divided into circular punches and irregular punches according to different specifications, diameters, and shapes of the tablets.
Round die: light arc round punch, deep arc round punch, oblique flat round punch, flat round punch shaped die: the specific needs of geometric shapes other than circular, such as oval, key shape (capsule), triangle can be customer-made according to the demands of the buyers.
