Problems and solutions in the use of aluminum plastic blister packaging machine
There are many kinds of aluminum-plastic foam cover packaging machine because of different manufacturers, and the performance level of domestic and foreign products is also very different. At present, the existing aluminum-plastic foam cover packaging machine can be roughly divided into the following four categories: roller continuous aluminum-plastic foam cover packaging machine, plate rolling continuous aluminum-plastic foam cover packaging machine, plate intermittent. Aluminum plastic bubble cover packaging machine can be distinguished by forming and hot-pressing sealing methods, forming into roller type and flat type. The positive pressure forming effect of the flat plate is better than that of the vacuum forming of the roller, and the hot sealing effect of the flat plate and the roller is better than that of the flat plate, while the roller is better than the flat plate in speed and reliability.
According to the production experience, it is found that the aluminum-plastic foam cover packaging machine is easy to be used in the foam cover molding, hot-pressing sealing and other aspects of problems, the following brief introduction of how to solve these problems.
1. Blister forming of blister packaging machine
According to the principle that the foam cover is formed by heating the PVC film (hard piece) through the mold and using compressed air or vacuum to form the desired shape and size of the foam cover, the problem of forming the foam cover needs to be solved from the following aspects:
(1) whether PVC film (hard film) is a qualified product;
(2) the temperature of the heating device is too high or too low;
(3) whether the surface of the heating device is adhered to PVC;
(4) whether the cooling system of the mould is working normally and effectively;
(5) whether the mold is qualified, whether the molding hole is smooth, and whether the porosity is smooth.

(7) Whether the vacuum and exhaust rate of the roller negative pressure forming can reach the normal value, whether the pipeline has abnormal loss or not;
(8) Whether the compressed air formed by plate positive pressure is clean and dry, whether the pressure and flow can reach the normal value, and whether the pipeline has abnormal loss;
2, aluminum plastic blister packaging machine hot seal
In the process of hot-pressing sealing of roller-type aluminum-plastic foam cover packaging, PVC belt and aluminum foil are made of parallel roller-like hot-sealing rollers and mesh rollers to engage in a certain temperature and pressure to complete the hot-pressing sealing. The contact between heat seal roller and anilox roller is linear, and the pressure needed is relatively small.
In the hot-pressing sealing process of flat aluminum-plastic bubble cover packaging, PVC strip and aluminum foil are sealed by parallel flat hot-sealing plate and reticulated plate in the same plane under certain temperature and pressure. The contact between heat seal plate and netted plate is surface contact, and the pressure needed is relatively large.
Whether it is drum type or flat type hot-pressing sealing, the following problems should be solved when the hot-sealing mesh is not clear, the mesh depth is different, the PVC belt runs away and causes blisters when the hot-sealing occurs:
(1) whether the aluminum foil is a qualified product and whether the heat sealing surface is coated with the required hot melt adhesive;
(2) the temperature of the heating device is too high or too low;
(3) is there any abnormal resistance in the operation of PVC tape or aluminum foil?
(4) whether the hot-sealing die is qualified, whether the surface is smooth and smooth, whether the foam cover formed on the PVC belt can be smoothly inserted into the hole of the hot-sealing roller (plate);
(5) the veins on the roller (plate) are clear and uniform in texture.
(6) whether the cooling system of the heat sealing mould works normally and effectively;
(7) the pressure required for heat sealing is normal.
(8) whether the heat sealing roller (plate) and anilox roller (plate) are parallel.
3. Some advanced aluminum-plastic foam cover packaging machines are equipped with various automatic monitoring devices, which can play a variety of protective roles and automatically stop the operation of the machine when the following problems are found:
(1) open the safety shield.
(2) insufficient compressed air pressure;
(3) the heating temperature is not enough.
(4) PVC film or aluminum foil is used up;
(5) the use of packaged drugs;
(6) mechanical overload at certain stations;
(7) circuit overload.
The machine cannot start operation until the following problems are solved.
(1) the protective cover is not completely closed.
(2) insufficient compressed air pressure;
(3) the heating temperature is not enough.
(4) lack of PVC or aluminum foil;
(5) overload or other failures have not been eliminated.
(6) the function buttons are set up incorrectly, and the key is not reset.
In addition to the above mentioned problems, in the actual use of aluminum-plastic packaging machine may encounter other problems, specific problems need to be analyzed, carefully and carefully find out the causes of the problem is the key to eliminate and solve the problem.
