The installation and commissioning and operating procedures about sugar coating machine
First of all , the installation and commissioning of the sugar coating machine
1. After the machine is in place, it must be placed in a stable position and fixed with anchor bolts.
2. Open the oil filling cover and add lubricating oil to the oil marking line to the gear box.
3. After the power is turned on, the phase sequence should be noted to make the sugar coating pan rotate clockwise.
4. When testing the the device, pay attention to whether the machine has noise or not, so as to stop the inspection in time.
5. The inclination angle of the sugar coating pan is related to the loading and material properties. When the dip angle of the sugar coating pan is 30°, the production efficiency and quality are good.
Second, the sugar coating machine operating procedures
1. Check the fasteners in all parts of the machine for looseness before operation carefully.
2. Wipe the inside and outside of the sugar-coated machine pot.
3. Start the main motor and let the machine idle for 2 minutes to judge whether there is any fault.
4. After feeding, press the main motor button first, then press the blower button according to the crystallization of sugar, and turn on the heating wire switch at the same time.
