The first reason is that the synchronous belt is too loose or too tight. This is the lighter reason for the failure. The equipment managers only need to adjust the synchronization belt according to the operation requirements.

The second reason is that there are too many materials or too much stickiness. Whether too much material is added or too viscous, it will cause plugging. In order to solve this problem, we may try to control the amount of added materials and the stickiness of materials, which can easily solve the problem of plugging.

The third reason is that the clearance of the transmission part is large. After a long period of use, there will be a certain gap between the transmission parts of the two-color tablet press, resulting in the inadequate connection of the parts, thus forming vibration. In this case, equipment managers can tighten the parts to reduce the gap between the transmission parts.

The fourth reason is that the pressure on both sides of the equipment is unbalanced. When the pressure on both sides of the equipment is not balanced, vibration will occur due to asynchrony, just adjust the pressure on both sides.

Fault reason 5: Main worm gear box, bearing oil shortage, serious wear and tear. In this case, regular lubricant replacement cycle can be established, and regular inspection can be carried out to ensure that the lubricant is sufficient to support the operation of the equipment.

Fault reason 6: Stage resonance occurs between motor and mechanical transmission part. When encountering this situation, equipment managers should pay attention to avoid the use of rotational speed in vibration section.
