1.There is not enough pressure. Solution: increase pressure.

3.The compression time is too little and the rotating speed is fast. Accordingly extend the compression time, increase the preloading, reduce the speed. The length of flushing on the multi-punch press is uneven. Solution: adjust the punch.
4.the flushing head of Huoluo was loosened. Fasten it.
5.the content of fiber or elastic drugs or oil is not uniform because of the insufficient fineness of drug comminuted. The drug can be crushed through 100 mesh screen, the adhesive with strong viscosity can be selected, the pressure of pressing machine can be properly increased, and the oil drug absorbent can be fully mixed to overcome it.
6.the amount of adhesive or wetting agent is insufficient or improperly selected, so that the texture of particles is loose or the distribution of particles is uneven, and the coarse particles and fine particles are layered. It can be overcome by selecting appropriate adhesive or increasing dosage, improving granulation process, mixing soft wood, mixing particles and so on.
7. the water content of particles is too little, and the overdried particles have great elasticity. The drugs containing crystal water lose more crystal water in the process of particle drying, which makes the particles crisp and easy to loosen. Therefore, the water content of particles should be controlled according to different varieties in granulation. If the particles are too dry, appropriate amount of dilute ethanol (50% ≤ 60%) can be sprayed and pressed after mixing.
8.The nature of the drug itself. The tablets with high density have a certain hardness, but they can not withstand collision and shaking. Such as bismuth mesonitrate tablets, soda tablets and so on, it is easy to produce loose tablets, such as low density, poor liquidity, poor compressibility, re-granulation.
