(1) When the normal working time of the machine is long, the parts directly in contact with the drugs should be cleaned regularly. When the batch of drugs is replaced or the time of stoppage is long, the parts should be cleaned regularly.  

(2) The transmission mechanism under the working table of the machine should add lubricating oil (grease) regularly and appropriately to reduce the wear of moving parts.  

(3) Replace the lubricating oil in the main drive reducer during 250-300 hours of operation of filling machine. Check the reducer of powder feeding mechanism to supplement the lubricating oil.

(4) Safety clutch plays a protective role when the machine is overloaded. The clutch should not slip when the load is normal, but it may also slip when it is used for a long time. When slipping occurs in normal use, the round nut of the clutch can be tightened to ensure the normal operation of the machine and protect it. Objective.  

(5) Vacuum separator of vacuum system mainly plays the role of inhaling capsule into upper and lower modules and separating cap and body in the filling of hard capsule. If capsule can not separate cap and body, subsequent filling will not be carried out. If the separation of capsule cap and body is not smooth, the clearance between the upper plane of the vacuum separator and the lower plane of the lower module should be checked. Excessive clearance will make the vacuum degree of the vacuum system less than the vacuum required by the separation of cap and body, and the clearance is too small to cause the deformation of the lower module. When the position of the vacuum separator needs to be adjusted, turn the main motor shaft with the handle to make the vacuum separator rise to the highest position, loosen the locking nuts at both ends of the adjusting rod under the machine table (one is left-handed nut, one is right-handed nut), then rotate the adjusting rod to adjust the height of the vacuum separator, then lock the nut, and use the hand. The handle rotates the spindle of the motor until it is suitable. For the vacuum system, change the circulating water in the circulating bucket once a week to ensure the cleanliness of the vacuum pump; regularly open and clean up the filters blocked dirt.

(6) Check the tightness of the transmission chain once a week and adjust it to eliminate oil pollution and grease it.

(7) Check regularly whether the ventilation of the axial flow fan is good; ensure that the heat dissipation of the converter is good; if abnormal conditions occur in the working process of the converter and lead to the main engine stopping, the reasons for the abnormality should be found out according to the display code on the converter, and troubleshooting, cutting off the power supply of the converter, triggering the display to be extinguished, and then turning on the power again. Turn on again.
