1. Installation and adjustment of the die:

The medium-mold device is tight, and it should be placed smoothly. Put the rod into the upper punching hole and gently tap it in. After the middle mold enters the die hole, the plane is not higher than the plane of the turntable, and then the screw is tightened.

1.3 Installation of the upper punch: Firstly remove the tongue, then insert the upper punch into the hole, rotate the punch with the thumb and forefinger, check the flexibility of the head to slide up and down the middle mold, and no jamming is acceptable. Turn the handwheel again until the neck of the punch contacts the parallel rail. The upper punch is fully assembled and the tongue is fitted.

1.4 Undershoot installation: Install according to the method of punching, and install the underload loading and unloading rails.

Type 1.5 operation: After the complete set of molds is loaded, turn the handwheel to rotate the turntable for 2 weeks, and observe the upper and lower punches entering the middle die hole and running on the track.
