Precautions for maintenance of semi-automatic capsule filling machine
1、 The shell and body of the electric appliance must be grounded to ensure safety. Cut off the power supply after the work.
2. Always check the fastening of screws at all parts. If they are loose, tighten them in time to prevent failure and damage.
3. Plexiglass parts shall be kept away from direct sunlight and near high temperature, and heavy objects shall not be used. The medicine plate must be placed vertically or horizontally to avoid deformation and damage. If the mould on the machine needs cleaning, the fixing screw can be loosened, and then it can be taken down, which is convenient for installation.
4. At the end of every day's work, the residual drugs on the machine and in the mold hole shall be cleaned to keep the whole machine clean and sanitary and avoid washing the machine with water.
