How should capsule filling machine be maintained
When the normal working time of the automatic capsule filling machine is long, those who have direct contact with the medicine should be cleaned up regularly.
Lubricating oil
The transmission mechanism under the working table of capsule filling machine should be regularly lubricated (grease) to reduce the wear of moving parts.
Check the oil quantity
The main drive reducer of small capsule filling machine should be checked once a month. If it is insufficient, the oil should be refuelled in time and the lubricating oil should be replaced once every six months. The lubricating oil should be changed once for each 3000h operation of the rotary table station dividing box. According to experience, 90# oil is generally used.
Safety clutch
Safety clutch is in the automatic capsule filling machine overload protection, when the normal load should not slip of the clutch, but due to the long time use also may appear the phenomenon of slippage, when the slippage phenomenon in a normal use, clutch round nut can be tighten, ensure the machine run properly in order to achieve the purpose of protection.
Vacuum separator
The vacuum separator of the vacuum system mainly plays the role of inhaling the capsule into the upper and lower modules and separating the cap and body in the filling of the powder automatic capsule filling machine. If the capsule cannot be separated from the cap and body, the subsequent filling will be impossible.
Drive chain
The transmission chain of small capsule filling machine should be checked once a week and added with proper grease. It is necessary to tighten it again. When the chain is too loose and needs to be tightened again, the tensioning wheel should be moved to adjust, but the chain should not be opened and the chain should not be separated from the sprocket, so as to avoid disrupting the movement order of the whole mechanism and preventing interference of the movement of the mechanism.
