Filling adjustment mechanism
In the rotary tablet press, the adjustment of the filling dose of drugs mainly depends on the filling rail and the rotation of the scale adjusting disk, which can drive the shaft to rotate, and the worm shaft connected with it also rotates. When the worm gear rotates, its internal threaded hole makes the lifting rod move axially, and the filling rail fixed with the lifting rod also moves up and down, so as to adjust the position of the down punch in the middle die hole, so as to meet the requirements of adjusting the filling amount.
Up and down guide
The pressing and forming of the rotary tablet press are completed by the upward and downward movement. The axial movement of up and down punching is controlled by the guide rail of up and down punching. The upper punching guide rail can be spliced by multiple guide rails to form a back shaped guide rail disc, which is unfolded as', indicating that the machine is double out of the tablet, and there is still the same guide rail in another degree, and the rotary table produces two tablets a week. The guide plate is fastened to the upper part of the non rotating mandrel, and the tail reducing part of the upper punching is in contact with the curved flange of the upper punching guide. The section shape of the flange of the upper punching guide rail will coincide with the section of the upper punching reducing diameter. When the upper punching rotates with the working turntable, it will be subject to the control of the guide rail and produce axial movement. According to the force condition of the object in the die, the downward guide rail of the upper punching is designed according to the cosine curve, so that the acceleration of the upper punching is zero, so as to reduce the impact effect and improve the service life of the die. When the upper punch moves in the up rail, the upper punch slowly rises from low to high, and gradually exits from the middle die hole, reaching the highest point. When the uprush starts to walk in the parallel track, the downrush rises on the downrush up track, gradually reaches the highest point, and ejects the tablet. When the upper punch is kept at the highest position in the lower rail, the lower punch has started to fall, and then the lower punch runs on the filling rail. During this time, the middle die hole is completely exposed in the coverage area of the feeder to complete the feeding process. When the up punching reaches the control area of the down rail, the up punching gradually descends into the middle die hole and carries out the tablet pressing process. At this time, the down punching is at the lowest point but still does not break away from the middle die hole, so the hole bottom is always sealed.
Pressure regulating mechanism
In the rotary tablet press, the real pressure on the drug is not up to the guide rail. The upper and lower punching are in the stage of pressurization and are placed at a pair of upper and lower pressing wheels on the frame (at this time, the upper punching tail is separated from the upper punching guide rail).
The eccentric regulating pressure mechanism is an eccentric regulating pressure mechanism, and the upper pressure wheel is installed on an eccentric shaft. By adjusting the nut, the pressure of the compression spring is changed, and the swing angle of the rocker arm is changed at the same time, so as to change the eccentric direction of the eccentric shaft, so as to reach the lowest position of the adjusting upper pressing wheel, which also changes the lowest position of the upper punching. When the pressure on the die is too large, the force on the buffer spring is too large, which makes the microswitch act, stops the machine, and achieves the function of overload protection.
Another eccentric adjusting mechanism of the down pressing wheel, when the set screw is loosened, the worm shaft is rotated by the plum handle, and the worm wheel is rotated, the eccentric direction of the eccentric shaft can also be changed, so as to change the highest position of the down pressing wheel, so as to adjust the highest position of the down punching rising during the tablet pressing.
Lever adjustment pressure mechanism, the upper and lower pressure wheels are respectively installed on the upper and lower pressure wheel frames, one end of the diamond pressure wheel frame is respectively connected with the adjustment mechanism, and the other end is connected with the fixed bracket. Adjusting the hand wheel can change the up and down position of the upper pressing wheel frame, so as to adjust the depth of the upper punching into the middle die hole. The thickness and hardness of tablet can be adjusted by adjusting the tablet thickness adjusting handle to make the pressing wheel frame move up and down. The pressure is controlled by the pressure cylinder. This pressure and pressure regulating mechanism can ensure the stable increase of pressure and maintain a certain time at the maximum pressure, which has a certain effect on the compression of granular materials and the discharge of air, so it is suitable for high-speed rotary tablet press.
