There are many kinds of packaging machines because of different manufacturers. At present, the existing packaging machines can be divided into the following three categories: roller plate continuous aluminum plastic bubble packaging machine, flat plate intermittent aluminum plastic bubble packaging machine, flat plate continuous aluminum plastic bubble packaging machine (this model is not widely used).
The heat sealing of aluminum-plastic bubble cover packaging machine is divided into roller type and flat type. The effect of flat type hot pressing sealing is better than that of roller type hot pressing sealing, while roller type hot pressing sealing is superior to plate type hot pressing sealing in speed and reliability. According to the production experience, it is found that the packaging machine of aluminum plastic bubble cover is easy to have problems in bubble cover forming, hot pressing sealing, cutting and so on. The following is a brief introduction to how to solve these problems.
According to the principle that the bubble cover is formed PVC the hard piece through the mold after heating and using compressed air to form the needed shape and size of the bubble cover, it is necessary to solve the problem of the bubble cover as a type out from the following aspects:
1. if the individual bubble cover is not full or the bubble cover rupture needs to be checked as follows:
(1) Check whether PVC hard piece is a qualified product or has stomata
(2) Molding mold surface is clean and no foreign body exists, molding holes are smooth, pores are unobstructed;
(3) Whether the surface of the heating device has burrs and other foreign bodies cut through the heated PVC or adhesion PVC
(4) Is there a gap between the upper and lower heating plates
2. if the bubble cover molding appears in a row or regular one or more columns do not bubble, the molding part is full, it needs to be checked from the following aspects.
(1) Before forming, whether the temperature of heating plate does not reach the set value, check whether the temperature setting is not enough or the heating temperature is too high, resulting in PVC stretching thin and thin and forming air leakage;
(2) The heating plate before forming is not parallel to the forming die or the distance between the heating plate and the forming die exceeds the distance of the plate bubble cover;
(3) The heating PVC runs close to the mould, which causes the PVC to shrink;
(4) The upper and lower heating plates are not parallel to each other, resulting in uneven heating at one end.
(5) whether the compressed air formed by positive pressure is clean and dry, whether the operating pressure is less than 0.4 MPa, and whether the pipeline has normal loss;
(6) The pressure of plate positive pressure forming die is insufficient or not parallel clamping PVC belt to check for air leakage;
2. hot seal
During the hot pressing sealing process of roller aluminum plastic bubble cover packaging, PVC tape and aluminum foil are sealed by parallel roller hot sealing roll and net roller under certain temperature and pressure. The contact between heat sealing roller and net roller is linear contact, and the pressure required is relatively small.
During the hot pressing sealing process of flat aluminum plastic bubble cover packaging, the PVC strip and aluminum foil are sealed by parallel flat plate heat seal plate and mesh plate in the same plane under certain temperature and pressure. The contact between the heat seal plate and the mesh plate is surface contact, and the pressure is relatively large.
Both roller and flat-panel hot-pressed sealing, when the heat-sealing mesh is not clear, the depth of the mesh is different, when the heat is closed PVC the running position causes bubble and other problems need to be solved from the following aspects:
(1) whether the aluminum foil is a qualified product and whether the thermal surface is coated with a thermal sol that meets the requirements;
(2) whether the temperature of the heating device is too high or too low;
(3) Whether there is abnormal resistance in the operation of the PVC strip or aluminum foil;
(4) whether the heat sealing mould is qualified, whether the surface is smooth and smooth, and whether the bubble cover formed on the PVC belt can be smoothly inserted into the hole of the active roller;
(5) whether the pattern on the roller (plate) is clear and consistent;
(6) Whether the cooling system of the heat sealing die is working properly and effectively;
(7) Whether the pressure required for the heat seal is normal or not, less than 0.4 MPa is abnormal;
(8) Whether the thermal active (plate) and the roller (plate) are parallel.
3. Other issues
1. fully servo-controlled aluminum-plastic bubble packaging machine equipped with a variety of automatic monitoring devices, can play a variety of protective functions, when found the following problems automatically stop the operation of the machine:
(1) the safety shield is opened or not in place;
(2) Compressed air pressure below 0.4 MPa;
(3) when the heating temperature of each station is lower or higher than the set range;
(4) PVC of hard sheets or aluminium foil;
(5) The use of packaged medicines;
(6) Alarm of mechanical overload failure in some stations;
(7) Circuit overload fault alarm;
(8) The cooling water system is overheated;
2. high speed feeder is not good
(1) The surface of a drug contains a high viscosity powder or the excessive humidity of the drug causes a high astringent viscosity;
(2) The lighter (less than 300 mg) of the drug affects the cutting speed;
(3) The hole position of the mould is not correct for the bubble cover;
(4) The blanking plate is too high;
(5) Lack of finish of the leaking and discharging plates;
(6) The slope of the drain plate is not correct;
(7) The amplitude and frequency of the vibrator are not correct;
3. material or medicine
(1) Vibrator resonance with equipment;
(2) The main roller is not smooth;
(3) The plate step distance is not right;
(4) Stepping trembling;
(5) The active roller is not pressed or has insufficient strength;
In addition to these problems mentioned above, there may be other problems in the practical use of aluminum plastic packaging machine, which need specific analysis and careful search for the causes of the problem is the key to eliminate and solve the problem.
