Aluminum foil sealing machine is a common back-end packaging equipment on the market, which is usually connected with the counting machine and capping machine. 1. The sealing is not firm. The reason for the failure is that the pressure of the cold pressing rubber wheel is not suitable, the heat sealing speed is too fast, the heat sealing temperature is not enough, and the quality of the heat sealing film is defective. In this case, the heat sealing temperature can be appropriately increased, then the heat sealing speed can be reduced, and the pressure of the cold pressing rubber wheel can be increased at the same time.

2. The thermometer shows failure, the sealing temperature is out of control, the heat seal temperature is not constant, the seal is not burnt, or the sealing is not firm, and the seal is deformed, which is very ugly. The main reason for the failure is that the thermometer is broken and must be repaired; in addition, the thermoelectric coupling may also be broken, so the induction temperature can not be transmitted to the thermometer normally. Replace the same type and specification of thermoelectric coupling.

3. The sealing machine goes and stops, and the speed is not consistent. The main reason for the failure is that the connection between the motor shaft and the gearbox falls off and loosens. If the screws are tightened again to make them all match, the problem is solved.

4. Irregular marks and bubbles appear at the sealing part, which are more common. This kind of fault is mainly due to the irregular concave and convex traces on the cold pressing rubber wheel, which are directly reflected on the packaging, resulting in more obvious marks at the sealing part For a long time, the high temperature belt is attached with dust, plastic chips and other dirt, which causes the high temperature belt to be not smooth and flat, resulting in uneven heating of the seal, and bubbles appear after the cold pressing wheel is pressed. The trouble can be eliminated by replacing the cold pressing rubber wheel, cleaning or replacing the high temperature belt.
