I. Analysis and troubleshooting of common faults

1. reset the heating temperature;

Adjust 2. blowing pressure and blowing time;

3. flat joint surface or pad aluminum foil on mounting surface;

4. check waterways, remove scale and adjust water flow;

5. adjust the distance between heating plate and grinding tool (generally 1 mm), usually do not need to adjust the height of heating plate position;

6. replacement of qualified PVC;

7. dredge the exhaust hole;

8. adjust the abrasive tool to make it right;

9. reduce running speed.

Deviation in PVC step by step

1. forming abrasive is not parallel to large plate;

Bad sealing

III. Maintenance

1. machines should be wiped, cleaned and kept clean.

2. Often check the operation of the machine, find problems in time to deal with.

3. Lubricate the equipment on time according to lubrication requirements

4. All cooling parts of the are not broken water. Water supply before starting, then heat the heating parts; when the production is terminated, stop the water supply after the heating parts reach normal temperature.

5. the surface of the hot sealing roller to keep clean, remove the attachment with a fine copper brush in the heating state. At the same time, the operator should pay attention to the range of operation and the distance between the hand, arm and body and the heating roller to avoid scalding.

After the 6. work is finished, the power supply is cut off first, the heating parts are cooled to normal temperature, and then the water source and gas source are closed.

7. wear in use or storage, do not bump scratches, do not contact with corrosion.

8. the equipment is not used for a long time, the water in the waterway and air should be blown out with compressed air, all parts of the oil, and plastic cover.

IV. Points for attention

1. the machine work, do not put the hand into the molding, sealing, typing, punching and other moving parts, wear packaging film should pay attention to heating parts, so as to avoid scalding.

2. the operation of the machine, do not adjust the transmission parts and moving parts, do not use the hand to clean the blanking place of waste, plate.

3. tools, parts and other items shall not be placed on the PVC of the platform and on the front-end actuators or shields of the machine to avoid forgetting or vibration falling into the mechanism,

4. do not arbitrarily adjust the various mechanisms and gas, water control valve, to avoid failure.

5. the ground wire of the machine to be reliable, replace the heating element to carry out insulation test.
