The cam mechanism and transmission chain parts of automatic blister packaging machine should be lubricated every 15-40 working hours. It is recommended to use 50 grade machine oil. Grease should be added once every three months for gear meshing, and calcium based grease is recommended.
The filter screen of rubber machine and gun base should be cleaned regularly, and it should be cleaned once every 3-4 months for 8 hours. Please turn off the pressure of the glue machine before cleaning. If there is a fault, it should be carefully analyzed and repaired by the relevant machine maintenance personnel. It is forbidden to adjust and remove it randomly to avoid damage to parts.
The synchronous toothed belt and transmission belt should avoid contacting with oil, so as not to reduce their service life.
To ensure the normal and reliable operation of the packaging function, the machine should be shut down once every three months to check the tension of the drive chain and the fastening degree of the transmission parts, and readjust and tighten if necessary.
Regular maintenance of the full-automatic blister packaging machine can also reduce the number of machine maintenance. Preventive maintenance, maintenance and prevention, routine maintenance, improvement and repair are also necessary to prevent failures.
