Treatment of problems in application of automatic aluminum plastic blister packaging machine

Aluminum-plastic blister packaging machine can be distinguished by forming and hot pressing sealing methods, forming is divided into roller type and flat plate type. Plate type positive pressure forming effect is better than roller type vacuum forming; heat sealing is also divided into roller type and plate type, plate type hot pressing sealing effect is better than roller type hot pressing sealing, and roller type hot pressing sealing is better than plate type hot pressing sealing in speed, reliability and other aspects. According to the production experience, it is found that the problems of blister forming, hot pressing and sealing are easy to occur in the use of aluminum plastic blister packaging machine. The following briefly introduces how to solve these problems.

According to the principle that the blister forming is that the PVC film is heated and then molded into the desired shape and size through the mold by compressed air or vacuum, so when there is a problem with the formed blister, the following aspects should be checked and solved:

(1) Whether PVC film is qualified product;

(2) Whether the temperature of the heating device exceeds the normal temperature range;

(3) Whether PVC is adhered on the surface of heating device;

(4) Whether the forming mould is qualified, whether the forming hole is smooth, and whether the air hole is unobstructed;

(5) Whether the cooling system of the forming die works normally and effectively;

(6) Whether the vacuum degree and exhaust rate of the negative pressure forming of the roller can reach the normal value, and whether there is abnormal loss in the pipeline

 ；

(7) Whether the compressed air of plate positive pressure molding is clean and dry, whether the pressure and flow can reach the normal value, whether there is abnormal loss in the pipeline；

(8) Whether the flat type positive pressure molding mold is parallel clamping PVC belt, and whether there is air leakage.
