High speed and high output is the goal that the tablet press machine manufacturers have been pursuing for many years. At present, the major tablet press manufacturers in the world have possessed the tablet press with the output of 1 million tablets per hour. At present, the domestic YY0020-90 industry standard stipulates that the linear speed of the high-speed tablet press should exceed 60m /min. According to this current standard, most of the tablet presses produced abroad are more than this speed, and the speed of the rotary table of some tablet presses has reached 200m /min.

Today's tablet devices face two major contradictions: one is to produce more drugs safely and effectively while reducing the total cost of production; The second is to consider maximum flexibility while mass production. At present, foreign tablet press machine attaches great importance to the tightness of input and output links, so as to reduce cross contamination and dust flying as far as possible, while most of the domestic tablet press is open in this process. New method of tablet weight control for tablet press machine
The tablet weight difference control of the new type tablet press is controlled by the pressure sensor at the main pressure. Recently, companies have taken a different approach to controlling pill weight with rotary tablet presses. This principle is based on the measurement of the thickness change at a fixed pressure, rather than the pressure change at a fixed thickness, and the measurement is made at the prepressure point rather than at the main pressure point of the normal tablet press. The most important feature of this principle is the linear relationship between the measured thickness and the controlled weight. At the preloading point, the thickness of the material is linearly proportional to its weight when it is subjected to uniform pressure. The thickness tolerance of wafer can be established directly as a function of weight tolerance. Thus, the approximate error is reduced and the control accuracy is improved. The limit of tolerance can be automatically calculated by the computer of the control system, so the validity of the parameters and data is easier to establish.
