What are the differences between the two-color sheet press and ordinary sheet press?

1. Upper wheel rack equipment
The upper cover of the two-color printing machine is forged in one piece, with a pressure wheel groove, which is set on the crankshaft, and the mechanical rod is connected to the coil spring at the outer end of the shaft. The interval between the tightening increases the high and low pressure wheels. , Reduce the pressure, maintain the mold and the safe use of the mold, adjust the pressure of the torsion handle, and change the length of the spring, so that the pressure of the spring is sufficient.
2. Upper rail equipment
The guide plate is in the shape of a disc and is embedded in a heat-treated guide rail. The guide rail is fixed with screws, and the groove behind the hole is extended along the convex edge of the guide rail.
3. Turntable unit
The turntable is a whole casting, with a mold hole evenly distributed vertically, and is set on a fixed vertical axis as a whole. All turntables adhere to all heads and twist clockwise.
4. Drive shaft with condenser unit
The drive shaft of the two-color printing machine is installed in the worm, the front test handwheel, the cone disc condenser, the handle control switch and the bearing bracket of the parking space. The contact of the condenser is through the pressure of the spiral spring. If the load exceeds the spring Under pressure, it will slide, so it will not seriously damage the machine.
