The Difference Between Automatic Labeling Machine And Sleeve Labeling Machine

Both the automatic labeling machine and the automatic sleeve labeling machine are used to fix the label to the surface of the target. Their functions are similar, but the objects and scenes are different:

First of all, the labels used by the two are different. The label used by the automatic labeling machine is a self-adhesive label, and the surface of the label is coated with a layer of self-adhesive. During the use process, it is necessary to ensure that the surface of the target is dry, tidy and flat. Otherwise, the label may be wrinkled or even not attached; the label used by the automatic sleeve labeling machine is a heat shrinkable film with text or pattern, and the main function is to sleeve the shrink film on the surface of the target, usually with a heat shrinking machine. Only when used together can the entire label attachment process be completed;

Second, the scenarios used by the two are different. Labeling machines are usually used for bottle labeling in the medical, healthcare, chemical and other industries; while sleeve labeling machines are usually used for outer packaging of food, daily chemical products and other products;

Finally, the labeling methods of the two are different. As the name implies, the labeling machine tears off the label from the label roll and affixes it to the surface of the target. This method is high-speed, beautiful and firm, but it must be waterproof; the sleeve labeling machine sets the shrink film on the surface of the target, and then uses heat. The shrinking method tightens the label and completes the labeling. The speed is slower, but the requirements for the surface of the target are not high, and the water is not damaged.
