1. Before use, please make sure the ground is level. If it is used in a high-level workshop, please confirm in advance whether the load-bearing of the floor meets the requirements;
2. Please carefully check whether the appearance of the tablet press is impacted or damaged. If any abnormality is found, please contact your supplier in time, and carry out repair and restoration work under the guidance of professional engineers;
3. After installing the mold, please turn the handwheel of the machine to check whether the machine is running normally and whether there is any abnormal noise. If so, please stop the operation immediately and contact your supplier to solve the problem;
4. Please check whether the motor and circuit of the machine are in good condition, whether there is a safety emergency stop device, and check whether the voltage setting of the machine is consistent with the voltage you require;
5. Please pay attention to the daily maintenance of the mold. After each use, clean up the powder, apply lubricating oil on the surface and place it in a cool and dry place.
