Why Does The Tablet Press Produce Dust In Actual Production?
(1) Dust generated during manual feeding of tablet perss machine.
(2) During the upper punching process, the equipment operates normally:
1) The generated dust is absorbed by the four plexiglass doors, and it is impossible to see the pressing situation clearly. In order to cope with the production, the plexiglass doors have to be opened, which violates the GMP requirements;
2) Dust also enters the tail of the upper punch tablet press machine, and the dust is absorbed by the regularly loaded lubricating oil, causing oil leakage. If it is not cleaned in time, it often causes wear on the tail of the upper punch and the guide rail of the upper rail, making the equipment unable to work normally;
3) Dust generated by long-term operation will enter the electrical cabinet and cause electrical failure;
4) Dust pollutes the tablet pressing room, which is difficult to clean and disinfect.
(3) Under the normal operation of the tablet perss machine, although the dust generated during the punching process is inhaled by the powder suction port, there will still be a certain amount of dust attached to the bottom of the middle mold and the lower punch. Remove the punch and tap it with the middle mold. When it hits the mold, the dust enters the guide rail of the lower mold along the lower punching hole, and mixes with lubricating oil to form a slurry.
