Accordingtotheblisterformingmethod,thePVCfilm(hardpiece)isheatedandthenpassedthroughamoldandisformedintoablisterofadesiredshapeandsizebyusingcompressedairorvacuum.Therefore,whentheformedblisterhasaproblem,itisnecessarytoproceedfromthefollowingaspects.solve:
(1)WhetherthePVCfilm(hardpiece)isaqualifiedproduct;
(2)Whetherthetemperatureoftheheatingdeviceistoohighortoolow;
(3)WhetherthesurfaceoftheheatingdeviceadherestoPVC;
(4)Whethertheformingmoldisqualified,whethertheformingholeissmooth,andwhethertheairholeissmooth;
(5)Whetherthecoolingsystemoftheformingmoldisworkingproperlyandeffectively;
(6)Whetherthevacuumdegreeandexhaustrateofthedrumtypenegativepressureformingcanreachthenormalvalue,andwhetherthepipelinehasabnormalloss;
(7)Whetherthecompressedairoftheflatpositivepressureformingiscleananddry,whetherthepressureandflowratecanreachthenormalvalue,andwhetherthepipelinehasabnormalloss;
(8)WhethertheflatpositivepressureformingmoldclampsthePVCbeltinparallelandwhetherthereisairleakage.
2,hotpressingsealing
Inthehot-presssealingprocessofthedrumtypealuminum-plasticblisterpackage,thePVCtapeandthealuminumfoilarehot-pressedbythemutuallyparallelroller-shapedheatsealingrollerandtheaniloxrollerundertheactionofacertaintemperatureandpressure.Sealed.Thecontactbetweentheheatsealrollandtheaniloxrollisalinearcontactandtherequiredpressureisrelativelysmall.
Inthehot-presssealingprocessoftheflataluminum-plasticblisterpackage,thePVCtapeandthealuminumfoilareheat-sealedbytheparallelflatheat-sealingplateandtheaniloxplateinthesameplaneunderacertaintemperatureandpressure.Combined.Thecontactbetweentheheatsealplateandtheaniloxplateisinaplanarcontact,andtherequiredpressureisrelativelylarge.
Whetheritisadrumtypeoraflattypehot-presssealing,whenthereareproblemssuchasunclearheat-sealingnetting,differentshadesofthenet,andheat-closingPVCbeltrunningpositioncausingfoaming,etc.,itisnecessarytosolvethefollowingaspects:
(1)Whetherthealuminumfoilisaqualifiedproduct,andwhethertheheatsealingsurfaceiscoatedwithahotmeltthatmeetstherequirements;
(2)Whetherthetemperatureoftheheatingdeviceistoohighortoolow;
(3)WhethertheoperationofPVCbeltoraluminumfoilhasabnormalresistance;
(4)Whethertheheat-sealingmoldisqualified,whetherthesurfaceissmoothandsmooth,andwhethertheblisterformedonthePVCbeltcanbesmoothlyinsertedintotheholeoftheheat-sealingroller(plate);
(5)Whetherthetextureontheaniloxroller(plate)isclearandthedepthisconsistent;
(6)Whetherthecoolingsystemoftheheat-sealedmoldisworkingproperlyandeffectively;
(7)Whetherthepressurerequiredforheatsealingisnormal;
(8)Istheheatsealroller(plate)andtheaniloxroller(plate)parallel?
3.Someadvancedaluminum-plasticblisterpackagingmachinesareequippedwithvariousautomaticmonitoringdevices,whichcanplayvariousprotectionfunctionsandautomaticallystopthemachinewhenthefollowingproblemsarefound:
(1)Thesafetyshieldisopen;
(2)Insufficientcompressedairpressure;
(3)Theheatingtemperatureisnotenough;
(4)PVCfilmoraluminumfoilisusedup;
(5)Thepackagedmedicinesareusedup;
(6)Somestationsaremechanicallyoverloaded;
(7)Thecircuitisoverloaded.
Themachinewillnotbeabletostartrunninguntilthefollowingissuesareresolved:
(1)Thesafetyshieldisnotcompletelyclosed;
(2)Insufficientcompressedairpressure;
(3)Theheatingtemperatureisnotenough;
(4)LackofPVCoraluminumfoilfilm;
(5)Overloadorotherfaultshavenotbeeneliminated;
(6)Thesettingofthefunctionbuttonisincorrect,andtheemergencystopkeyisnotreset.
Inadditiontotheabovementionedproblems,otherproblemsmaybeencounteredintheactualuseofaluminum-plasticpackagingmachines.Specificanalysisofspecificproblemsisrequired.Carefulandcarefulsearchforthecausesofproblemsisthekeytoeliminatingandsolvingproblems.
