Excess of tablet weight (refers to the difference in tablet weight exceeding the limit prescribed in Pharmacopoeia)
1. the distribution of particle thickness is uneven, and the particle velocity is different when pressing, which leads to the uneven thickness of particles filled into the middle mold hole, such as the light size of coarse particles and the weight of fine particles. Solution: mix the particles or screen out too much fine powder.
2. If there is a fine powder adhesion punch and cause hanging impact, the difference of sheet weight can be large. At this time, the downpunch rotation is not flexible, should be checked in time, remove the stamping die, clean up the downpunch and the middle die hole.
3. the particle mobility is not good, and the amount of particles flowing into the middle mold hole is more and less, which causes the difference of sheet weight to be too large and exceeding the limit. Solution: we should re-granulate or add appropriate flow aids such as micro-powder silica gel to improve the mobility of particles.
4. Particle stratification. Solve the problem of particle stratification and reduce the particle size difference.
5.The smaller tablets are made of larger particles. Solution: select the appropriate size of the particles.
6.The hopper is clogged, which often occurs in drugs with strong viscosity or wettability. The feeding hopper should be dredged, the pressing environment should be kept dry, and the flow aid should be properly added to solve the problem.
7.The material storage quantity in the material varies greatly and is controlled within 50%.
8.The feeder is unbalanced or not installed in place, resulting in uneven packing.
9.The scraping board is uneven or poorly installed. Solution: leveling.
10. When there is a forced feeder, the speed of the pulley of the forced feeder does not match that of the turntable. Solution: consistent.
11 .the punch is not in good agreement with the middle die hole, such as the leakage of more powder between the lower punch periphery and the die hole wall, resulting in the phenomenon of "astringent punching", resulting in insufficient filling of the material.
12 the length of impact is different, super poor, resulting in uneven filling quantity. Solution: repair error, difference within ±5 μ m.
13.For those with damping, the damping force adjusted by damping screw is not good. Readjust.
14.Wear of filling track or instability of filling mechanism. Solution: replace or stabilize.
15. In pursuit of output, the rotating speed of the turntable is too fast and the filling quantity is insufficient. Especially when pressing the large piece, it is necessary to reduce the rotating speed properly to ensure that the filling is sufficient.
16.16 the tablet machine vibrates too much, the structure is loose, the assembly is unreasonable or reassembled, and the setting pressure of the pressing machine is too large to reduce the pressure.
