Maintenance and troubleshooting of automatic capsule filling machine

1： Maintenance

1. Cleaning of mold of capsule filling machine

2. After filling the capsule, turn off the power, raise the hopper and remove it.  

3. Remove the sensor and cover plate on the feeding plate, take out the punching rod and the material rack (the punching rod is placed on the stainless steel cart, the head is outward and stacked in order), take out the powder in the material plate (without pollution) and put it into a plastic bag for storage.  

4. Remove the measuring plate, copper block, module, polishing machine, vacuum cleaner and other machine parts that need to be removed and cleaned with special tools, place them neatly and gently on the trolley, and put the screws in the container.  

5. When changing varieties, remove the bag fork, empty bag hopper and vacuum tube with special tools and put them on the trolley.  

6. Push the removed mold of the capsule filling machine to the container washing room, clean the machine parts with mercerized towel and hot water, remove the dust and residues adhered, and then scrub it again with purified water.  

7. The sensor must be removed and handled gently. Use a mercerized towel dipped in 75% ethanol to wipe it until it is clean. It can not be washed with water.  

8. Dry all the cleaned parts with mercerized towel, place them on the trolley frame in order, count the quantity, and then push the trolley to the drying room of the container for drying.  

9. Return the dried capsule filling machine mould to the die room for safekeeping and put into the special mould box.  

2： Cleaning of the body and accessories of the capsule filling machine

1. Use a special vacuum cleaner to clean up the powder on the plane of the turntable, use a vacuum cleaner to clean up the dust in the machine, remove the large plate, module and other parts on the machine, and then soak them in ethanol for about 15 minutes, and then wipe them until they are clean. Finally, dry with a clean and dry mercerized towel.

2. Use a vacuum cleaner to absorb the dust outside the capsule machine, wipe it with a clean wet mercerizing towel until there is no product residue, and finally dry it with a clean and dry mercerizing towel.  

3. Move the capsule polisher, dust remover and vacuum cleaner to the container washing room for cleaning.  

4. Cleaning of the capsule polishing machine: open the cover plate of the machine, take out the screen and roller and wash them with hot tap water, use mercerizing towel and scrub to remove the dust and residues adhered, and then scrub them with purified water.  

5. Cleaning of dust remover and vacuum cleaner: clean the dust in the cylinder of the machine according to the cleaning operation specification of vacuum cleaner, wash the adhered dust and residue with hot tap water, and wipe all parts inside and outside the machine with mercerized towel until there is no dust or foreign matter.  

6. Dry all the cleaned parts with mercerized towel and put them into the drying room of the container for drying.  

3： Clearance inspection

Visually inspect all parts of the equipment for water free stains and residues; wipe with a clean towel, without unclean marks or residual liquid.  

After the site clearing, the operator shall fill in the site clearing record as required.
